The event felt quite unorganized, with tickets going on sale an hour early at 9 am instead of 10 am. I only noticed a poster about it in the basement by the cafeteria, otherwise, I wouldn't have ever known about it. There was no clear information about parking, whether it was included in the ticket price or if there would be an additional fee at the event. The show, which was supposed to start at 7:00 pm according to all sources, actually started at 8:00 with an unexpected opening act. Dinosaur Pile-Up didn't come out until after 9:00, over 2 hours after our arrival. Despite the good quality acts, I felt very uninformed as a consumer. Disappointed and probably won't attend an event at UD again.
